Writing Habit for Life

Learn how to keep writing and build a habit that lasts.

From Dreamer to Writer

You've always wanted to write a book or start a blog. Perhaps you've even made some progress, but life keeps getting in the way.

You're not alone. Most aspiring writers struggle to balance their writing with work, family and other commitments. Every time it looks like you've finally figured it out, something breaks and you're back where you started.

Unfortunately, most people never overcome this and give up on writing altogether. I almost did too.

I was stuck in that frustrating cycle for years. My goal was to write 500 words every day. At that pace, I could write and edit a book in a year.

Sometimes, I didn't miss a day for weeks. But no matter how hard I worked, it always fell apart. I remember falling asleep in front of my laptop, desperately trying to hit the goal. Then, months went past and I didn't write a single word.

It wasn't until I started meticulously tracking my progress when I figured out what I did wrong. I got rid of the beliefs that held me back and set up a support system for my writing.

My writing stats

In the last year alone, I wrote 273,176 words — more than I could ever dream of writing in the past. I'm no longer stressed about hitting my goals. I enjoy the process more and that helps me stay on track.

My writing activity

In this course, I share everything that I learned so you too can build a writing habit that lasts.
